Agreement between user and IBSEE Institute for Building Science and Energy Efficiency, LLC

The IBSEE Web site is comprised of various Web pages operated by IBSEE Institute for Building Science and Energy Efficiency, LLC (“IBSEE”).

IBSEE has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, at all times, IBSEE reserves the right, but shall have no obligation to pre-screen, flag, filter, modify, refuse or review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. IBSEE reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
IBSEE reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in IBSEE’s sole discretion.

Business Partners 
We use Statcounter, a third party service provider, to help us gather and analyze our customers' activities on our Web site. • We use Fluid Consulting, a third party service provider, to host our website and help us develop, monitor and maintain our Web site. Fluid’s role is to help us deliver the most relevant services and information to our clients and prospects. Fluid may have access to the information you share with us, but Fluid is prohibited from disclosing such information and from using such information for its own purposes independent of the services it provides to IBSEE.
